FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed to monitor and control use of return-line resources of code-division multiple access satellite communication system when servicing subscribers imposing different individual requirements to quality of session servicing in compliance with priorities, as is the case with real departmental satellite communication networks and those under design has receiving and transmitting antennas, group-signal receiver and transmitter, groups of modulators and demodulators, groups of microprocessors, signal adder, energy calculation unit, logic speed control circuit, and power control unit; device provides for selective interrelated control of message transfer speed and power radiated by transmitters of subscriber stations.
EFFECT: enhanced use of return-line resources.
