SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of pharmaceutics. Described is solid drug form of imipramine, representing dragees. Said composition contains imipramine hydrochloride and target additives with the following component ratio, wt %: core: imipramine hydrochloride - 12.50-14.0, saccharose - 36.0-45.00, calcium hydrophosphate dehydrate - 12.0-20.0, ProSolv - 15.0-19.0, sodium criscarmellose (primellose) - 0.5-3.0, stearic acid and/or its salts - 0.5-1.0; coating: saccharose - 6,8-8.0, povidone - 0.10-0.20, colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil) - 0.10-0.20, gelatine - 0.10-0.30, glycerol - 0.3-0.5, macrogol (polyethyleneglycol) - 0.9-1.5, titanium dioxide - 0.5-1.0, yellow bee wax - 0.01-0.05, talc - 0.10-0.30. Method of said composition obtaining is also described.
EFFECT: dragee is characterised by good disintegration and strength, as well as fast dissolubility.
