FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing two electrodes to right ventricle myocardium during operation on heart after having done the basic stage and restoring cardiac activity. Superficial cardiogram is recorded. Asynchronous ventricular electric stimulation is carried out in postoperative period in the cases of total atrioventricular heart block. Then, ventricular pacemaker function recovery time is measured and relative ventricular pacemaker function recovery time is calculated. Distal and proximal atrioventricular heart block is documented from the ventricular pacemaker function recovery time and relative ventricular pacemaker function recovery time values.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in following atrioventricular disorders dynamics.
