FIELD: marine hoist-lower units.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has marine winch mounted on carrier ship with SPC (strength-power-communications) cable wound on it and connected with underwater object; control unit of this winch has first setter connected to its input and second setter. Object to be hoisted is equipped with shock-absorbing winch with rope secured to strength-power-communications cable wound on it; control unit of this winch and measuring transducers showing length and speed of rope wound off winch drum. Besides that, device is provided with first and second computing units. Input of first computing unit is connected to rope length measuring transducer. First input of second computing unit is connected to second setter of shock-absorbing winch control unit; said transducers are connected to second and third inputs of control unit. Two other inputs of second computing unit are connected to outputs of first computing unit. Additional vertical motion of underwater object is performed by change in rope length and is limited by expectation and dispersion of rope length.
EFFECT: avoidance of abrupt change in speed of shock-absorbing winch.
