FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of underwater objects using ship hoisting devices. Device for controlling underwater object contains ship winch, setter of average length of rope winch speed control unit, winch drive current collector and winch drum. On mobile object there is a damping winch drum, a control unit, electric drive of winch cable rope length measuring transducer, computers, comparator, a vertical displacement speed of underwater object, a switch and a sensor of deviation of cable tension. On rope there is a lock joint. Drums are connected by a conducting rope.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of positioning of underwater object.
