FIELD: corrosion protection treatment of bodies of transportation vehicles and tools of household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of a corrosion protection treatment of bodies of transportation vehicles or tools of household appliances with formation of a protective layer on surface of non-ferrous metals. The method of a corrosion protection treatment of bodies of transportation vehicles or tools of household appliances having at least partially a metallic surface and if the metallic surface of no less than by 90 % of the whole metallic surface consists of zinc, aluminum and-or magnesium and-or alloys of these metals with each other or with other components of alloys includes a cleanout, passivating by a water solution having pH within the limits from 1 up to 12 and containing complex fluorides of titanium, zirconium, hafnium, silicon and-or boron from 20 up to 500 mg/l, and also containing from 50 up to 2000 mg/l of organic polymers, and at that the composition of the water solution is chosen so, that zinc and-or manganese were not present simultaneously in concentrations exceeding 0.3 g/l, and phosphoric acid or accordingly phosphate ions were not present in concentrations exceeding than 3 g/l. At that the passivating treatment represents a unique conversion treatment, and after the passivating treatment apply lacquer coating using the method of electrolytic settling at a thing dipping or using the method of spraying. The technical result: reduced number and sequence of the treatment operations at phosphatization, when the ferrous surfaces are practically absent among the metallic surfaces.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of number and sequence of the treatment operations at phosphatization, when the ferrous surfaces are practically absent among the metallic surfaces.
