SEPARATOR OF ANTI-FRICTION BEARING Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2261377 C1

FIELD: machine building, in particular, anti-friction bearings.

SUBSTANCE: the separator consists of two similar half-separators with pockets for the rollers permanently connected by feelers located on platforms between the pockets and composing an integral with the half-separator. The feelers are bent in the axial direction towards the adjacent half-separator and envelop the platforms between the pockets of the adjacent half-separator. Recesses are made on the platforms between the pockets, with the foundations of the feelers positioned on their surfaces. The feelers are shifted from the middles of the platforms between the pockets and positioned in the recesses of the adjacent half-separator. The feelers are made with rounded-off crowns and recesses on the lateral sides. The surfaces of the recesses are engageable with the surfaces of the platforms between the pockets, recesses, cutouts and feelers of the adjacent half-separator with formation of lock assemblies.

EFFECT: automated process of riveting of the separator at assembly of the anti-friction bearing.
