FIELD: shock-absorbers, applicable for shock-absorption of rockets.
SUBSTANCE: the method for manufacture of rubber shock mounting mainly for shock absorption of a rocket installed in a launching silo consists in manufacture of metal fixture, connection of it to the rubber solid mass vulcanization of rubber. After vulkanization artificial heat ageing of the rubber component at a temperature of 60 to 100 C during 7 to 12 days, simulating the initi8al period of service of the shock mounting up to 2-3 years, during this period the main increase of its hardness occurs. The shock mounting is manufactured with the known to be reduced hardness by the value of increment for the mentioned period of service.
EFFECT: reduced spread of hardness of the rubber shock mountings during during the whole period of service.
