FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has fork with rods in body, socket with sockets in body, bolt connection of fork with socket. First and second bushings respectively are held in bodes of fork and socket, of identical dimensions and shape and having threaded opening and circles at ends. On one side of fork body a clamp is made. Bolt is made with smooth portion entering threaded opening of first bushing and screwed together with threaded opening of second bushing with threaded portion. On smooth portion of bolt locking washer is set. Bolt head is set inside the clamp.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher reliability.
