SUBSTANCE: method involves providing sprout cuttings and rooting thereof for producing of seedless, with microsporophyte being used as separation unit; producing microsporophyte by separating from sprout a part of previous order bud including epidermis cells and stem bark parenchyma with additional root embryos, and also stem and apex of etiolated subsequent order bud.
EFFECT: increased potato tuber multiplication coefficient in growing of especially valuable kinds, and also of basic selection material.
