SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing laboratory plants; planting sprout cuttings in trays onto wet filtering paper; providing rooting for obtaining of seedlings; obtaining elite planting material; planting into ground; providing weed, disease, and pest control; cutting parent tubers in longitudinal direction; treating with mixture of biological preparation Activator-A (0.001%) with semi-liquid manure (0.01%) in the ratio of 1:1 with exposure time of 10-15 min; adding said mixture into potato planting holes or channels at the rate of 50 ml per tuber to be planted; planting tubers in star, chain or circular pattern.
EFFECT: increased activity and yield of potato plants, improved plant resistance to pathogens.
