SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing test tube plants; planting seedling cuttings in containers on wet filtering paper; providing rooting and obtaining seedlings; before germination, treating prepared plants in the form of rooted cuttings or tuber pieces with germinated buds or germinated minitubers with 1% solution of bacterial Extrasol preparation and/or nematode-bacterial complex with titrated number of 1,000 invasion larvae of entomopathogenic nematodes per 1 ml of preparation, with 1-3% mineral fertilizer solution, 0.01-0.05% solution of microelements and 1%- biological fertilizer solution being used as nutrient solution; upon germination in containers on wet filtering paper and appearance of roots, planting seedlings in paper cups of 40-80 cu. cm volume, or planting seedlings in polyethylene film comprising nutrient substance ball based on zeolite, peat or soil agar.
