FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method presupposes growth stimulation of etiolated sprouts, rootage of parts of the sprouts receiving foundation stocks and further growing of adult plants from these parts with a new vegetative tubers generation. Tubers are kept in darkness at a temperature of 18-22°C and air humidity of 90-95% till getting etiolated sprouts of 50-100 mm. Thereafter continuous lightening is applied at the temperature of 18-22°C and air humidity of 80-85% till getting intensive colour of the sprouts, typical to the breed. Thereafter tubers with coloured sprouts are paced into the darkness at 18-22°C air humidity of 90-95% till getting etiolated sprouts of the second order on the coloured sprouts. Reaching length of the sprouts of 5-10 mm they are used for getting potato foundation stocks.
EFFECT: simplified technique, increased reliability of the rootage and survival rate of the multiplied material.
