SUBSTANCE: claimed caviar is maid in granulated form and represents gel containing yolk, white, food grade dye, fat component and table salt. Caviar comprises lyophilically dried shark cartilage, and shark liver oil as fat component in specific ratio.
EFFECT: caviar granules with decreased deformability and accurate form; stable granulation process.
