FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has lever and fastening members with the upper lever end being fixed and the lower one is joined to femoral cuff by means of flexible tie-wire and tension unit. The device has thoracic belt having upper lever end pivotally attached to it and pelvic belt having spring-loaded support member allowing longitudinal movement by means of spring-loaded support member bearing the lever with sliding. The lever is expandable. The tension mechanism is manufactured as pivoted base lever mounted on the lower end having drum for winding flexible tie-wire with rotation drive mechanism and fixation mechanism.
EFFECT: simplified design; excluded negative influence upon skin; simplified installation.
