FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has one-piece bent wire structure manufactured from biologically inert material as two linear branches fitting into endoscope lumen. The branches are connected with adjacent ends using cross-piece allowing bending angular mobility and smoothly bent outside with oval slit lumen being formed conforming to total thickness of clamped vein tissues. The cross-piece is ring-shaped. Free branch ends have symmetric V-shaped bent as installation guidance unit and have injury-safe curls. Titanium nickelide is selected as super-elastic biologically inert material.
EFFECT: high reliability in clamping blood vessels; wide range of functional applications.
