FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has the first regularly wire branch curved in waves and the second wire branch. The second wire branch is adjacent to the first branch with a gap and is joined to it with smoothly conjugated cross-piece on one end and removable fixing member on the other end. The second wire branch is identical to the wavy one, its waves being arranged in-phase with respect to the first branch curvilinearity waves. Outline length ratio of the branches to the gap size is equal to 10-30. Flexible titanium nickelide material is selected as wire material. EFFECT: reduced hydrodynamic resistance; improved small emboli- holding capability. 6 dwg
