FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has base and frame mounted thereon. The bed having back section, pelvic one, intermediate one and leg one, is arranged on the frame. The pelvic section is connected to the frame, the back- and intermediate section have mechanisms for adjusting their inclination. The leg section has at least one clamp for fixing its angular position relative to the intermediate one. The second invention embodiment has base and frame mounted thereon. The bed has at least a back section and mechanism for adjusting bed altitude. The mechanism has linear motor and at least one pair of articulated levers having upper end of one lever articulated with the frame and the lower end is rotatable and movable in base guide. Upper end of the other lever is rotatable and movable in base guide and its lower end is pivotally connected to the base. Engine body and its moving part are connected via hinges, mounted on the back section side, to the base and upper end of one of the levers, respectively. The third invention embodiment has base, frame, bed and mechanism for adjusting altitude and inclination. The mechanism has two linear motors and single pair of levers. Lower ends of the levers are articulated with the base. Upper end of one lever is articulated with the frame and the other one is rotatable and movable in base guide. Engines bodies are pivotally connected to the base and their moving parts are connected to mating levers via hinges available in upper part of the levers.

EFFECT: improved service characteristics like rigidity, strength and device reliability.
