FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: medical bed comprises a base and a main frame mounted on it, on which a bed is mounted, which includes in series installed at least a dorsal, intermediate, hip and foot sections, from which the back and intermediate sections have mechanisms to adjust their inclination angle. Main frame is installed on four racks with possibility of movement in vertical plane and fixation in the specified position. Dorsal, intermediate, hip sections are made in the form of frames, on which support plates are rigidly fixed. Transverse size of the dorsal and intermediate sections corresponds to the transverse dimension of the main frame, and the transverse size of the hip section is not more than the internal transverse dimension of the main frame. Dorsal section on the side of the hip section is hinged to the main frame and mounted on the support on the other side. Intermediate section with dorsal and hip sections is connected by means of spider. On the side of the intermediate section, the hip section is pivotally connected to the main frame. Foot section consists of a transverse beam connected hingedly to the hip section, a cloth consisting of hinged interconnected strips (slats). On the side of the legs, the band of the foot section is fixed on the shaft with a spring mechanism installed between the posts, and on the opposite side with the transverse beam the locking mechanism. In the lower part of the intermediate section a movable frame is installed, on which a mechanism of inclination angle adjustment of the hip and foot sections is installed. Movable frame is equipped with detachable locking assembly. In the upper part of posts there installed is an additional frame made of at least two side and at least two transverse beams. Additional mechanism for patient's support and movement in vertical plane is installed on additional frame above hip and leg sections in longitudinal and transverse directions. Below the cox and foot sections, a foot rest rehabilitation gymnastics training device is installed. Additionally, a control panel is introduced interacting with mechanisms of bed section inclination angle adjustment, mechanism of patient's support and its movement in vertical plane and trainer for foot rehabilitation during walking.

EFFECT: invention refers to a medical bed and aims at enlarging functional capabilities of bed for rehabilitation of bed patients.
