FIELD: construction, particularly to perform elevated works during civil and industrial building erection.

SUBSTANCE: device has lever mechanism including lever, rocking arm, post, bail, upper and lower cross-arms, spring, cups and brackets. Upper lever end is hinged to crank, lower end thereof is secured to rocking arm. Rear rocking arm end is connected to post fixed to body of upper automatic catcher. Bail is connected in arched slot-like orifice formed in opposite rocking arm end and rotatingly connected to upper cross-arm fixedly secured to body of upper automatic catcher. Upper hanger end is movably put on bail end. Upper hanger end has slot. Lower hanger end is hinged to lower cross-arm fixedly secured to lower working catcher body. Cups with springs are rotatingly connected between upper automatic and lower working catchers.

EFFECT: increased reliability and extended operational capabilities.
