FIELD: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING; INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of reduction of exhaust gas toxicity of internal combustion engines. Proposed method includes wet cleaning of exhaust gases in cyclone-foam device, partial recirculation of cleaned exhaust gases with control of flow rate and moisture content, and recovery of exhaust gas heat. Prior to mixing fuel with catholyte (specially treated water), it passed through catalytic filter-fuel converter. Catholyte is preliminarily obtained in electrolyzer and is ozonized. Water-fuel emulsion, thus formed, is used as fuel for power-generating plant.
EFFECT: increased ecological safety, improved economy characteristics of power-generating plants.
