FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with balanced nutrition in children of early age and their parents. The suggested food BAA contains hydrolyzate of serumal protein, BAA "Iodine-casein", nucleotides, arginine, cysteine, tyrosine, tryptophan, carnitine, taurine, lecithin, inositol, lysozyme, powder of Jerusalem artichoke's tubers, powder of hen egg's shell or hydroxyapatite, vitamin D3, lipoic acid, BAA "Vetoron-TK", BAA "Selenium EC", BAA "Hemobin" and lactic fat "Betapol 45". Moreover, components should be taken at the quantity corresponding to 50-100% of physiological body requirement in each nutrient. Additionally, two variants for obtaining food BAA are, also, presented. The innovation enables to obtain BAA, especially, out of food components balanced so that it enables to maximally digest them by the body and stimulate immunity, being of bifidogenic effect due to development and keeping own functional intestinal microflora.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of application.
