FIELD: gas-transportation industry; electronic industry; heat- and-power industry; other industries; methods and devices for the ultrasonic purification of the air filters.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the ultrasonic purification of the air filters of the powerful energy transforming machines from the mechanic particles, fibrous materials, the dust and the products of their induration in the flushing solutions with application of the cavitation effects in the liquid and may be used at maintenance of the various gas-turbine plants of the gas-transportation industry and the power-and-heat engineering, and also in other industries. At that the inventions ensure improvement of the quality of the air filters purification and intensification of the purification process. The method provides for placing of this filter in the purification tank containing the flushing solution and effect on the filter by the generator of the ultrasonic oscillations, at which the latter is placed so, that its radiating surface is located at the appropriate distance from the appropriate surface of the filter. The method simultaneously additionally applies the action by the submerged jets of the flushing solution of the appropriate intensity and by turns to the increased as compared with it in K times intensity with effect by the generator of the ultrasonic oscillations. At that the filter preliminary is exposed to wetting in the same flushing solution and at the same, but weakened in N time effects by the submerged jets and the generator of ultrasonic oscillations. After purification conduct the filter flushing from the residue of the flushing solution in the running tap water at the simultaneous action by the submerged jets of the tap water and at the end conduct drying by the compressed air. The device for the method implementation contains the tank with the flushing solution, the cartridge for the dust-catching filter mounting and the generator of the ultrasonic oscillations placed with its radiating surface at the appropriate distance from the cartridge. The device also includes: the accumulative tank with the flushing solution, the heater and the recirculating pump, which inlet is connected to the outlet of the purification tank, the tank with the running tap water, the cartridge for installation of the filter and the screw type stirrers mounted at the appropriate distance from the cartridge, and the drying tank with the rotary cartridge for installation of the filter and the pneumatic pistol. The purification tank contains the second cartridge for installation of the second dust-catching filter at the appropriate distance from the first cartridge on the side opposite to the side, on which there are the generator of the ultrasonic oscillations, and the screw type stirrers mounted between the generator of the ultrasonic oscillations and the first cartridge. All the stirrers have the capability to switch on in the suction mode.
EFFECT: the group of inventions ensure improvement of the quality of the air filters purification and intensification of the purification process.
