FIELD: methods of mixing of components of an explosive composition and forming a product out of the mixture.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mixing of components of an explosive composition and forming a product out of the mixture using a vertical mixer with a removable body. The method provides, that before feeding the composition into a mold they conduct: vacuumization of a stock line together with the installation of distant filling; filling of the stock line and the installation of distant filling with a controlled by changing the value of a gap of a bowl gate opening speed of the composition feeding depending on its viscosity; the sequence of succession of the composition feed operations fulfillment before coupling of the installation of distant filling to the mold. The invention ensures a high quality of a product solidity.
