FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding cellulose sheet into beating mill; supplying air flow into beating mill at air supply point arranged downstream from cellulose feeding point; processing cellulose sheet in beating mill for producing of individual filaments; conveying separated filaments in air flow from beating mill toward discharge point oriented at certain angle relative to air supply point, into separator for separating filaments from air and separating filaments from air; mellowing filaments processed in beating mill by conveying said filaments with the help of fan and drying separated filaments. Wet cellulose sheet is produced by impregnating said sheet with reactant tending to form cross links before feeding of wet sheet into beat mill.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of individual filaments having reduced content of twisted parts.
