SUBSTANCE: method includes controlling delay of passing of mobile station signal and, if delay exceeds preset limit, value of one or both parameters Tta1 and Ttb1 is altered for one unit of temporary range, where Tta1 - minimal number of time spans, permitted between end of last previous temporary receipt span and first, next temporary transfer span, when between them channel is necessary to be altered, and Ttb1 - minimal number of time spans, permitted between end of last, previous time span of receipt and first, next time span of receipt.
EFFECT: increased radius of cell in TDMA system due to altered time lead parameter.
