FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should apply at stump of one third against the whole organ and distal gastric part of 3-4 cm length and keep two lumens in distal part: one lumen is being a pylorus, inferior lumen is being gastroduodenoanastomosis. One should demucose distal gastric department, loose edge of serous-muscular sheath should be sutured in with uninterrupted screwing in suture. This suture should be covered with 2-4 rows of serous-muscular sutures with tamponade and "the carina" developed of pyloric lumen and that of gastroduodenoanastomosis. In peculiar case, mucous-submucous layer should be separated due to acute and blunt ways to be removed then as "a stocking". The method enables to exclude the failure in suturing.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of operation conducted.
