FIELD: medicine; orthopedic stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for making diagnostic or working models for removable and non-removable dentures. Method includes positioning of moistened gypsum product in microwave camera and processing of gypsum product by microwave radiation within 2,2-2,6 GHz during 5-12 minutes at 80-100 W microwave radiation power. Then power of microwave radiation is increased and product is subject to polymerization at the same frequency during 5-12 minutes at 700-800 W microwave radiation power.
EFFECT: improved resistance to compression; higher strength of gypsum model; reduced time for achieving necessary strength.
