FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing imprint of oral cavity part to be provided with prosthesis. Wax model of the oral cavity part to be treated by setting prosthesis is manufactured and then the wax is substituted later on with plastic and the prosthesis is subjected to polymerization in dielectric cell using UHF power. Wax prosthesis structure is modeled and gypsum application of the wax dental prosthesis model is made in the dielectric cell having loss factor ε″= 0.2-0.5 in its material and 1/16-1/8 λ wall thickness, where λ is the UHF-stove wavelength. Time is given for gypsum to harden. The gypsum being hardened, the wax dental prosthesis model is softened in the UHF-stove at 500-700 W of UHF power during 1-2 min. The cell is opened. The soft wax is removed. The rest of wax is washed out with boiling water. The gypsum form is dried in the UHF-stove at 250-350 W of UHF power during 5-10 min. The gypsum form is coated with insulation lack layer and the material to be used is prepared according to technical specifications depending on its type. The paste-like material is placed in the gypsum model. Pressurizing is carried with 4600-5400 kg of force UHF power. Then the parts of the same cell are fixed and the cell is placed into the UHF-stove on the peripheral area of the board. The board with the cell is rotated about the vertical axis. Rotation period is several times as small as heat lag of the cell in the UHF-stove. The dental prosthesis material is polymerized in the UHF-stove under the following conditions. The prosthesis is heated in the UHF-stove during 6-10 min with UHF power of 110-130 W. The UHF power is reduced to 0-60 W and the condition is hold for 3-5 min. The prosthesis is heated once more at UHF power of 200-250 W and the condition is hold for 6-10 min. Then the cell is taken out from the stove and cooled in the open air at room temperature during 45-75 min. The cell is opened and the dental prosthesis is withdrawn. EFFECT: accelerated manufacturing process; high accuracy of modeling; high quality of the prosthesis. 3 dwg
