FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear-type pump has case inside which case the gear rotors are disposed. Gear rotors are provided with bearing bushing of friction bearing which are lubricated by means of re-pumping medium. Rotors have at least one cooling channel which is made to provide change in cooling degree along peripheral part of friction bearing and/or at its radial direction in such a way that maximal intensity of cooling occurs at the place where gap width is minimal.
EFFECT: optimal mode of removing warmth from friction bearing.
