SUBSTANCE: device comprises measuring vessel for oil, heating member, automatic system for recording time of mixing of fluid, and automatic system for control and stabilization of the temperature of the oil to be tested. The flat body is secured to the rod provided with the shield that is used for measuring time interval taken by the body to move through the oil layer. The bottom of the measuring vessel is provided with an ultrasonic emitter connected with the ultrasonic generator.
