FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum is pulled with syringe, in tube laminar oil flow is created that hits the magnet in the form of drops that are dropping from nozzle. Based on time of container filling depending on diameter of tube and nozzle, oil temperature, degree of working oil dilution with fuel is determined, availability of wear products - iron particles on magnet - is used to determine the beginning of engine wear, and based on weight of wear products on magnet permissible content of wear products is defined. Device additionally contains heat-resistant tube, which is connected to thermocouple that is connected to temperature and time registering device. Via tapping heat-resistant tube is connected with reservoir that is provided with tight plug, into which syringe needle is installed, and tapping has nozzle, next to which in reservoir magnet is located, at that reservoir is placed into thermostat, and on heat-resistant tube latch is installed with the possibility of movement.
EFFECT: increase of rate of engine oil quality determination.
