FIELD: nondestructive testing.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises magnetic system that magnetizes the surface layer with the tangential magnetic field and generates the scattering magnetic field in the zone of defect, unit of electromagnetic pickups, unit for marking defects, multi-channel device for processing signals, pulse laser generator, and at least one light guide. The inputs of the processing device are connected with the outputs of the electromagnetic pickups, and the outputs of the processing device are connected with the unit for marking defects. The light guide supplies the radiation of laser to the working zone where the Relay waves are generated.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and reliability of diagnosing.
