FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of non-destructive testing in the implementation of magnetic and ultrasonic non-contact inspection methods for detecting defects and determining the geometrical dimensions of products at significant scanning speeds. Essence: magnetic system of the scanner-inspection device is made in the form of an electromagnet with a core and a coil wound on it. Wheels on which the electromagnet moves, serve as its poles. Magnetic system is the carrier of the measuring sensors. Core of the electromagnet is made in the form of tightened identical figured semi-frames of magnetic material with the formation of a fork at the ends where the wheels are mounted. On the cross-wheel part of the clamped half-frames there is an electromagnet coil.

EFFECT: technical result: increased reliability and authenticity of products control at different scanning speeds.
