FIELD: veterinary obstetrics, in particular, equipment for separating milk from infected and sane udder quadrants during milking of mastitis infected cows.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has container formed as polyethylene bag secured with its neck portion between main and additional rings, and handle, with main ring being equipped with protrusions arranged along outer perimeter thereof. Additional ring is formed as flexible belt having through openings, with distance between through openings being equal to distance between protrusions of main ring. Member for connecting belt ends in detachment plane is made in the form of pin with conical head and flat base. After milking from infected udder quadrant, belt is slackened and thrown away and bag is urged to slide from ring equipped with handle by gravity of contents into special bucket.
EFFECT: simplified construction of apparatus providing convenient extraction of pathologically changed milk from udder quadrants infected with mastitis.
