FIELD: electrolysis.

SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer comprises housing with liquid metallic cathode, layer of electrolyte above its surface, and at least one anode submerged into the electrolyte. The electrolyzer is also provided with means for permanent discharging of the electrolyte suspension with extracted particles of the metallic or non-metallic powder whose intake section is open and mounted above the surface of the melt of the cathode in the space between the poles.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
