FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves twisting thread of thermally stable filaments of wide functional capabilities; fixing twisting of twisted thread by exposing to thermal processing and untwisting thread with fixed twisting, wherein twisting of thread fixed in twisted state does not exceed 6.5. Thermal processing does not deteriorate quality of filaments from which thread is produced.
EFFECT: increased modulus of elasticity in stretching, improved thermal stability and strength, and attractive appearance of threads.
