FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for fastening rails on reinforced concrete ties with hollows for fish bolts. Proposed unit of tie has first and second hollow inserts made for connection through contacting flanges between which embedded member is fixed. Embedded member is made trapezoidal in cross section and is provided with hole for fastening bolt. First insert is made with opposite through projections enclosing projections of embedded member. Second insert is provided with two vertical angular steps arranged over diagonal to limit turning of fastening bolt head. Flange of first insert is provided with ribs arranged over perimeter for enclosing flange of second insert. End face of flange of second insert is provided with two, upper and lower in plan, longitudinal projections symmetrical and spaced relative to horizontal axis of flange with possibility of fitting in trapezoidal cavity of embedded member and orientated in plan by right-hand cross part of upper, and left-hand cross part of lower projections to vertical angular steps whose diagonal is turned in plan at angle of 45° to horizontal axis of flange of second insert.

EFFECT: simplified assembling of embedded unit, increased rigidity of its members at preservation of manufacturability and reliability of electric insulation of embedded unit.
