FIELD: sealing and locking control devices.

SUBSTANCE: device has body and lid with elements for mutual connection in form of cylindrical shelves on lid and body, sealing assembly, ends of which are extended away from body, holding element of sealing assembly relatively to body and assembly, identifying opening is represented in form of two elements, one of which is made in form of band of cylindrical portion of lid, second element is represented in form of ring-shaped grooves, made on cylindrical shelves of body and lid with possible free rotation relatively to one another in case of mutual holding. Body is made fully sunk in lid, and band on cylindrical portion of lid is made to fully cover zone of connection of body and lid.

EFFECT: higher reliability, higher efficiency.
