FIELD: ironmongery, particularly locking-and-sealing devices using flexible members as locking means.

SUBSTANCE: locking-and-sealing device comprises cable cut having passive and free end. During device locking the free end passes through the body to create loop and is retained in the body by means of locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes two identical fixing members, spring-loaded locking spring, collar arranged inside body and having flat inclined surfaces adapted to cooperate with fixing members during device locking. The body has inlet and outlet orifices. The latter is created in body closing lid. One end of locking spring is put on extension formed on collar and bears on rear collar wall. Another spring end rests upon lid. Device has additional fixation means, which provides additional locking mechanism fixation. Locking mechanism is made as intermediate support for locking spring supporting. The intermediate support cooperates with spring coils installed on collar extension after minimal loop is created and after preliminary cable cut retention with fixing member. Said support is made as arm with threaded section screwed into through threaded orifice made in the body and extending at acute angle to longitudinal cable cut axis. Arm has section with decreased cross-section having dimensions selected to provide arm breakage as necessary force of threaded section end action on rear collar wall through neighboring locking spring coils is achieved.
