FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: use: invention relates to sealing devices, namely to hinged seals designed to control integrity of sealed facility, and can be used in any field of equipment, where control and determination of unauthorized intervention is required. Concept of the invention is as follows: sealing device comprises a body and a cover with elements of mutual attachment to each other, a flexible element, which ends are moved outside the body, and a unit identifying the opening of the device. Unit identifying the device opening, presented in the form of two independent elements, one of which is made in the form of a thinned rim of the cylindrical part of the cover, the second element is presented in the form of a latch, with the possibility of free rotation of the body and the cover in mutual attachment. Housing is completely recessed in cover, and thinned rim on cylindrical part of cover completely covers zone of joint of housing and cover. Flexible element is installed so that its fixation inside the sealing device is made due to mutual location of original internal elements of the body and cover, which exclude both repeated insertion of the flexible element without opening of the filling device, and access to elements of mutual attachment of cover and housing of sealing device. Structure, shape and materials of sealing device enable to apply distinctive features (series, number, name of enterprise, so forth.) on their surface using various methods (paint, laser, so forth), giving individuality to each sealing device, and if necessary, methods can be used, which impart unique characteristics to each sealing device (application of unique nanomarking, installation of microchips into grooves of the body of the filling device, and so forth).
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of determining the fact of intervention by introducing into the device elements, which can be visually and tangibly judged on the opening of the sealed object.
