FIELD: controlling devices.

SUBSTANCE: flexible plastic sealing device has body, elongated flexible element, made with similar convex alternating links on elongated side surface for interaction during sealing with elements of inserts, positioned in inner hollow of body. Flexible elongated element is made flat, in form of a narrow ribbon, each its convex alternating link has shape of a round cylinder, and is positioned transversely to wide opposite side surfaces of flexible elongated element. Also present is an insert with connecting element, in which a through aperture is made for passing through it during locking, of flat elongated flexible element, while longitudinal axis of this through opening coincides with combined longitudinal axis of input and output openings of body, and its width matches diameter of cylindrical links circle of flexible elongated element. On the other side of connecting element insert has two similar flexible whiskers, which are made inclined to longitudinal axis of through opening of connecting element.

EFFECT: high resistance to unsanctioned opening attempts.
