SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sealing. Plastic seal includes non-detachable flag, body, locking element in the form of a flexible elongated element with a pointed end, this flag has an elongated shape with two flat sides, which are used for marking, made in the form of alphanumeric images, the body is located on one of the flat sides of the box and stands above it, there is a cylindrical through hole in the body and there are collet blades, which are oriented in the direction of insertion of the locking element, the locking element has a circular cross-section with a constant diameter along its entire length corresponding to the diameter of the through hole between the ends of the collet blades in the unlocked position of the seal, on the part of the side surface of the locking element located closer to the pointed end, protruding rounded edges are made, and on the other part of the side surface of the locking element located closer to the flag, protruding elements having the shape of a truncated cone are made, smaller diameter of which faces the pointed end of the locking element, the diameter of the rounded protruding ribs is smaller than the larger diameter of the truncated cone of the other protruding ribs, and the thickness of the flag is less than the diameter of the locking element, the central axis of the through hole with collet blades perpendicular to the central axis of the locking element, while the flag, body, collet blades and locking element are made in one piece by casting, the collet blades are placed inside a cylindrical hole made in the body, which has a solid side surface, size of the length of the cylindrical hole is equal to or greater than the size of the height of two protruding elements having the shape of a truncated cone, which in this case are made with a cylindrical base on the side of its larger diameter facing the flag, in the place of junction of the locking element to the end surface of the flag, a cylindrical shape is thickened, the length of which corresponds to the height of the protruding element having the shape of a truncated cone, and the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the locking element, but smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical base of the projections having the shape of a truncated cone, central axis of the locking element is placed in the symmetry plane of the flag, passing in the middle of its thickness, in addition, the plastic seal is additionally equipped with an electronic tag.
EFFECT: invention is intended for sealing and marking a friction wedge, as well as for other objects, the operation of which requires the use of a reliable seal with high strength properties, characteristics that provide control and protection against unauthorized opening.
