FIELD: food processing industry, in particular, method for production of milky defatted product with reduced content of spores and bacteria, and device therefor.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes two-step microfiltration of defatted milk containing microorganisms and fat. The first step provides the first permeate, comprising reduced content of microorganisms and fat, which is mixed with sterilized cream fraction. Retentate from the first stage is fed to the second stage, and obtained second permeate is fully or partially recycled into defatted milk fraction to first stage entrance.
EFFECT: end product with reduced content of spores and bacteria.
