FIELD: packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: bottle extruded by blow moulding that consists of thinned neck part (beak) and main body part. The main body part has the first internal layer and the second layer. The first internal layer is made of the first material selected from the group that consists of polyether, thermoplastic material of phenoxy type, phenoxy-polyolefins and their combinations. The second layer is made of the second foam material, including expanded material and carrier material. At the same time the first internal layer and the second layer are jointly extruded to form a profile. Bottle is manufactured by blowing together with extrusion of profile. Material of the second layer is represented by material from the group that includes primary PET (polyethylene terephthalate), reused PET PETG (polyethylene terephthalate modified with glycol), foam, polypropylene, polyether, polyolefins, thermoplastic material of phenoxy type, phenoxy-polyolefin thermoplastic compositions, reused ground rejected materials (wastes) and their combinations. The second material differs from the first internal material. Method for bottle manufacturing consists in joint extrusion of profile having the first internal layer and the second layer. Layers are manufactured accordingly to bottle layers. Version of bottle manufacturing consists in the fact that the second layer is installed outside the first internal layer and has the third layer made of pre-ground sectional material produced by grinding of residual material from extrusion process. At the same time the third layer is arranged outside the first inner layer and inside the second layer. Method of such bottle production includes operations of residual material grinding from extrusion process and joint extrusion of profile from three layers. Then profile is blown to produce a bottle. Extrusion profile for storage of drinks comprises the first extruded internal layer that comprises material selected from group that consists of thermoplastic material of phenoxy type, mixture of thermoplastics pnenoxy polyolefins and their combinations and the second layer. The second layer is selected on the basis of above specified polymers and sectional materials. It is desirable to eliminate unfavorable influence at the content in process of long-term storage of food or drinks in container.
EFFECT: efficient thermal barrier for reduction of heat exchange via container or package.
