FIELD: bio-industry; methods of thermal disinfection and purification of waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of bio-industry, in particular, to the methods of thermal disinfection and purification of waste waters and may be used for local purification of waste waters of the enterprisers of the biological industry, medical organizations, tubercular hospitals. The method of thermal disinfection and purification of the waste waters provides for a preheating of the waste water in the heat-exchange apparatus up to the temperature of 20-30°C using the heat of the purified waste water and disinfection by the thermal treatment. The preliminary heated waste water is in addition preheated in the interpipe space of the autoclave using the heat of the decontaminated waste water with subsequent disinfection of the waste water by a heating in the interpipe space of the autoclave up to the temperature of 110-120°C and at the pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa. Then they conduct cooling of the waste water in the interpipe space of the autoclave due to feeding of a new portion of the waste water into interpipe space of the autoclave. After that the waste water is subjected to the electrocatalytic treatment and the reactant treatment using sedimentation. The formed sediment is preheated in the mode of a mesophilic or thermophilic fermentation, due to the heat of the purified waste waters. The waste waters cooled in a thickener and then in the heat-exchange apparatus down to the temperature of 20-30 °C are directed to a pond. The technical result: the invention ensures a decreased power inputs at the high degree of purification.
