FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for differential diagnosis of lung tuberculosis, community-acquired pneumonia, respiratory sarcoidosis, malignant lung tumors, the calculated probability factors for each clinical case are determined as a result of the numerical values of socio-demographic, anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, radiologic predictors of these diseases. The maximum calculated factor is used to determine the probability of lung tuberculosis, community-acquired pneumonia, respiratory sarcoidosis or malignant lung tumors presence.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of diagnosis and to shorten the terms of diagnosis verification by quantifying the predictors of lung tuberculosis, community-acquired pneumonia, respiratory sarcoidosis and malignant lung tumors.
