SUBSTANCE: claimed product contains (mass %): mixture of desiccated full milk and desiccated defatted milk in ratio of 1:9 or 9:1 10-29: sugar 34-48; fat 0.01-10; and balance: full milk or defatted milk or mixture thereof in ratio of 1:9 or 9:1, or water. Condensed milk with sugar additionally contains (mass %): lactose crystals as seeding agent 0.01-0.03 or β-galactose enzyme with activity of 2000 U/g 0.1-0.3 mass %, stabilizers 0.1-2.0 %, taste-aroma additives or natural flavorings or analogs thereof 0.01-7.0; berries or fruits, nuts, candied fruits, dry fruits or dry berries as filler 3.0-10.0, natural pigments or identical thereto 0.001-0.01.
EFFECT: products with improved organoleptic characteristics, increased biological properties and long-term storage stability.
