FIELD: canned food industry. SUBSTANCE: condensed sterilized milk comprises basic raw milk material, sodium phosphate and sodium citrate. Basic raw milk material is mixture of natural milk and reconstituted milk, or natural milk, or reconstituted milk condensed so that following ratio of components is provided after boiling out procedure, wt%: dry substances 22.0-28.0; milk fat 6.5-8; sodium phosphate 0.01-0.2; sodium citrate 0.01-0.2; water the balance. Acidity value is about 40 T. Ready mixture has taste of cream and baked milk.
