FIELD: protective coatings and fire protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flameproof materials based on intercalated graphite compounds and contains, wt %: non-plasticized polyvinylacetate dispersion as binder 4.0-5.0 (as polyvinylacetate), urea-formaldehyde resin 14.0-16.0, oxidized graphite as oxidant 5.0-8.0, pentaerythritol 18.0-28.0 and Na-carboxymethylcellulose 0.8-1.5 as carbonizing agent, fillers: titanium dioxide 1.7-3.0 and calcium carbonate 2,4-3.5, ammonium polyphosphate hardener 26.0-30.0, urea as foaming agent 2.8-4.8, and water - the rest. Composition is environmentally safe, economically efficient, and workable in production.
EFFECT: increased mechanical strength, adhesion to metallic surface, and prevented delamination, cracking, and slipping down a vertical surface.
